Privacy Policy

Account data: your email, name, and hashed login password.

Billing data: subscription and payment records processed through Stripe, plus billing country and email. We do not store your full card number — card details are held by Stripe.

Integration credentials: the SMTP / Resend / Twilio / Google keys you enter, all stored AES-256 encrypted and used only to send email, SMS, or run searches on your behalf.

Usage data: your searches, lead lists, outreach campaigns and follow-up statuses, plus basic usage counters.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process subscriptions and payments; run outreach on your behalf; provide support; and meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on the following third parties for specific functions, sharing data only as needed to provide the Service:

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Railway (cloud hosting & database), and data sources OpenStreetMap / Overture Maps / Google (per your settings). Each has its own privacy policy.

Business data you find through the Service comes from public sources. When you contact these recipients using the Service, you are the data controller for that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and contact them and for responding to their data-rights requests.

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Sensitive data such as integration credentials is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Connections use HTTPS. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We use only the session cookie (httpOnly) required to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. When you delete your account, we delete your account data, searches, and campaign records; some billing records may be retained for a period due to legal or tax obligations.
