Terms of Service

Customer Seeker (the "Service") is a subscription-based local lead-generation tool. Users can search public business data by keyword and area, score opportunities, build outreach lists, and manage email outreach and follow-ups.

Business data shown in the Service comes from public sources (OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, and the user's own Google Places key). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use the Service for lawful business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew through Stripe until you cancel. Prices and plan quotas are as published on the pricing page and may change with reasonable prior notice.

All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

The Service provides outreach and email tools, but you are solely responsible for all messages sent through it and must comply with all laws applicable in the recipient's and your own jurisdiction, including without limitation the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR / ePrivacy (PECR), and local anti-spam and data-protection rules.

You represent that: you have a lawful basis to contact your recipients; you will not send unsolicited bulk spam; you will include accurate sender identity and an unsubscribe mechanism in commercial email; and you will not send illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexual, or infringing content.

When you use platform sending (email sent on your behalf by the Service), abuse directly harms our domain reputation. We therefore apply sending quotas and may immediately suspend your sending or account on detecting spam, high bounce rates, or complaints. Liability remains with you.

The Service's software, interface, and brand belong to us or our licensors. Lead data you generate or export through the Service is yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee data accuracy, uninterrupted service, or any particular business outcome (such as deals closed or reply rates).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or as needed to comply with law or prevent abuse. Provisions on payment and acceptable use survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time and post them on this page; material changes will be notified reasonably. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Texas.
